All outputs generated by the Service are for practice/information purposes only and must not be treated as professional advice, including:

Some features may require registration. You agree to provide accurate information and comply with these Terms.
The Service offers monthly and annual auto‑renewing subscriptions.
Purchases and subscription management are handled via Apple App Store. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Apple’s rules and the App Store terms. To cancel auto‑renewal, use your App Store subscription settings.
The Service, its interface, design, texts, graphics, brand elements, and other components (excluding user content) are owned by the Provider or used lawfully.
You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Service for personal, non‑commercial purposes within the app.
You may not copy, distribute, sell, rent, modify, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit the Service or its materials outside the app, except as permitted by law.
The Service may process your input (e.g., text or voice during a dialog). You agree not to submit content that:
You retain rights to your content. You grant the Provider a limited license to process your input only to provide the Service functionality (e.g., generating responses).
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on the Service outputs or for any indirect or consequential damages.
In any case, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription during the most recent paid period, to the extent permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, including in case of suspected violations or abuse, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates the current version. Continued use of the Service means acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law and dispute resolution follow the Provider’s place of registration, unless otherwise required by law.
